1. Collect all the necessary information and advice that you need, do this from not only our web site but also from the manufacturers web sites as well. If you need any assistance or information please email Stephen at steve@skytrekpg.com.au
2. To place the order simply go to the page titled 'Product Order Form', This can be found under Down Loads in the menu bar. Simply fill out the form and send it as an attachment in an email to Dave at skytrek@skytrekpg.com.au, you will need to list the product/part number and a brief description of what you need. We need to ensure that the equipment that you are purchasing is right for your needs and the paraglider is suitable for your use and skill level. We reserve the right not to sell any gear that we may think is not right for your needs.
3. Your order will then be checked and confirmed, we can then give you the price quote. We don't put prices on the web site as we operate on profit margin method not on a set price. Prices will vary depending on the exchange rates and delivery charges. This is how we can be very competitive on our prices.
4. Dave will email you the order confirmation so that you can make sure you are happy with the price quote and that we have your order correct.
5. On all orders except very inexpensive products/parts we require up front payment. On the inexpensive items we will accept payment on a COD basis. Our quoted prices will be inclusive of all costs and charges - no surprises. A Tax receipt will be issued if requested.
We will require payment usually by direct transfer or over the counter payment into the Skytrek Paragliding Pty Ltd bank account, the detail will be listed on the order confirmation.
6. Some parts/product we carry in stock so delivery will be within 7- 10 days of payment. On non stock items it will take between 3-4 weeks for delivery.
7. We will also need an indemnity/release form filled out and returned to Skytrek Paragliding Pty Ltd by all new customer before we can supply paragliders. harnesses, paramotors and complete paramotor engines. This will not be necessary for spare parts.

We keep our prices very competitive by carrying only common items in stock, also we have minimized our over heads so that you can have those costs as a saving on the price that you pay.
